Plastic Multi-Barb fittings are primarily produced with materials that are NSF-51 and NSF-61, FDA, and USP Class VI approved, and RoHS compliant. Standard materials are Natural nylon, -40° to 200° F. Black Polypropylene and Black Polyethylene are UV resistant and can used with numerous chemicals. Temperature ranges of these materials are -65° to 190° F. Some products available by special order are Bovine free natural polypropylene or PVDF. Maximum working pressure 125 PSI. Hose clamps are recommended, low pressures, such as drain lines, etc. may not require clamps.

The YA Series are multi-barbed wye connectors, and are made of Acetal. There is a 90° span between the top two legs of this wye connector. Available barb sizes are 1/8 inch, 5/32 inch, 3/16 inch, 1/4 inch, 5/16 inch, 3/8 inch, 7/16 inch, 1/2 inch, 9/16 inch, 3/4 inch, 5/32 inch by 1/4 inch, and 1/4 inch by 5/6 inch. The YSP Series is a low pressure wye connector made of FDA listed Natural Polypropylene. This wye connector comes in six equal barb sizes: 1/8 inch, 3/16 inch, 1/4 inch, 5/16 inch, 3/8 inch, and 1/2 inch. The maximum pressure is 20 psi and the maximum working temperature is 198˚F. This wye is autoclavable.
