Under our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Standards, our objective is to continually improve our training and processes used in manufacturing, producing, testing, and packaging according to customer expectations and regulatory specifications. Our commitment to quality ensures that every customer is provided with the best products available.

The Concept

Design & Engineering

Pneuline Supply, Inc. works closely with customers to determine customer-specific factors to be included in the Design and Engineering of the products. Factors such as product usage, chemical and/or radiation exposures, regulatory requirements, and other details that may influence the product are notated by designers. Our on-site skilled and experienced Engineers then develop the product by utilizing state-of-the-art software such as Solidworks. The advantage of an in-house Engineer allows for prompt revision changes and can help reduce product launch delays.

The Manufacturing Process

Injection Molding

Pneuline Supply, Inc.’s on-site high-tech injection molding machines are housed in a Class 7 cleanroom environment and kept running at peak performance to meet high demand and short lead times. Regular maintenance and quality checks are conducted on manufacturing equipment ensuring longevity and continual uptime. Operating these machines are skilled technicians to support the company’s commitment to high-quality products. Industry-specific manufacturing order and scheduling technology are utilized for optimal capacity and efficiency. To avoid unnecessary usage, each run of product is quality checked for imperfections and deformities before production assembly or shipping.

The Production Stages

Assembly & Production

Pneuline Supply, Inc.’s on-site, in-house assembly and production processes are highly controlled at each stage and workstation to ensure that every part leaving our facility is of the utmost quality. Components are assembled from station to station with quality records for traceability. Assemblers are trained upon hire and provided continuing education on production and assembly procedures to instill the importance of consistently meeting product quality expectations.

The Testing Phases

Product Testing

Pneuline Supply, Inc. has on-site, in-house stringent product testing procedures in place that measure dimensions, psi, tensile strength, and 100% leak testing on all check valves. These tests ensure that the product leaving the facility and later received by customers is of the highest quality and functionality. All products manufactured by the company are RoHS Compliant and if required, Certificates of Conformance are provided. Notably, the company is equipped to handle multi-level PPAP studies for customers with such regulatory requirements.

Marking Options

Marking

Pneuline Supply, Inc. provides the option for unique, custom, laser-marked part identification at the customer’s request. These identifiers are often lot numbers or part numbers but are not limited to such. When a customer has opted to have products laser marked, initial and periodic quality checks are conducted to ensure legibility and consistency of markings. This marking is not available for cleanroom or Medical products due to particle regulations.
