Garden Hose non-swiveling dual shutoff has a non-corrosive plastic body, ball and handle. It has a Zinc plated steel screw and Buna-N seal. It flows from female to male. Shutoffs are designed for city water pressure to a maximum of 80 psi. This valve does not swivel.
