The BHUDC Series Bulkheads are Manufactured by Pneuline Supply, Inc. in-house and offer a unique flatted side for a Greenlee D punch, thus avoiding the possibility for the Bulkhead to turn. Bulkheads are assigned sizes from the outside of the panel to the inside. Available in 1/8 inch, 1/4 inch, and 3/8 inch Hose Barb sizes, or any combination. The 3/8 inch panel fitting does not have a flatted side. Materials available are Nylon, Polypropylene, Polyethylene, and PVDF. Thread sizes are 1/2-24 with zinc plated nuts for Nylon fittings and on the 1/2 inch sizes a 11/16-24 with Nylon nuts for Polypropylene, or PVDF fittings.
Pneuline Supply, Inc. manufactures these low pressure Lab Disconnects made from either Polyethylene or Polypropylene which are used in laboratories for vacuum application, low pressure lines, water lines, and inert gases. They connect various tubing sizes from 1/8 inch, 7/32 inch, 1/4 inch, and .170 ID tube lines. They can be purchased with a Viton® or EPDM disc Check Valve, or with a porous Polyethylene filter. A unique pick-up tube line assembly for use in drawing air or water from containers is also available.

Pneuline Supply, Inc. WPF Series Filters are manufactured in-house to custom specification per customer requirements. This series has a flat filter welded into the housing. Barbed connectors are available in various combinations of 1/8 inch, 3/16 inch, and 1/4 inch made from either Nylon, Polypropylene, or Acetal. Three filter materials are available: Fabric, Stainless Steel, or Porous Polyethylene.
Fabric filters can be made from either Nylon, Polypropylene, or Polyester fabric with optional PTFE or PVDF. Filter sizes range from 10 to 250 microns. The standard sizes are 10, 43, 75, 105, 150, 177, 200, 250 microns. Porous Polyethylene allows for a varying range of microns 15-45, 45-90 and 90-160 microns. Polyethylene filters are hydrophobic in nature, therefore blocking the flow of most fluids. Stainless Steel filters are available in two grades: 304 and 316. The standard selection is 80 Mesh (177 Micron), 150 Mesh (110 micron), and 250 Mesh (55 micron). Optional mesh sizes are available as a special order.
